Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account on Camp, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Camp. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

3. Accounts

One account per person. You must provide accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Do not share your account credentials.

4. Conduct

You agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Post illegal, offensive, or misleading content
• Impersonate another person
• Spam or send unsolicited messages
• Use the app for commercial purposes
• Attempt to circumvent safety features

5. Content

You retain ownership of your photos and profile content. By uploading content to Camp, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display it within the app for the purpose of providing the service.

6. Premium

Premium purchases are one-time payments valid for one calendar year. Purchases are non-refundable except where required by law. Premium features are subject to change.

7. Safety

Camp facilitates connections but is not responsible for the conduct of users. Always exercise caution when meeting someone in person. Meet in public places and tell someone where you are going.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, without notice. Users reported multiple times may be automatically deactivated pending review.

9. Limitation of Liability

Camp is provided "as is." We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to interactions with other users.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Denmark. Any disputes shall be resolved in Danish courts.
